How does home delivery work?

Browse our selection of over 200 convenient, healthy whole foods and snack ideas, place the items in your cart, follow the instructions at checkout, and you will receive your order right to you door!  Delivery time is based on your time-frame selection at checkout.  Orders submitted later in the evening usually get delivered the next day.


Can I book a delivery time?

Yes, you'll need to select a delivery window at checkout.  Our delivery windows are set in blocks of 1 hour.  For example, 4 to 5 pm, 5 to 6pm, and so on.  Sometimes a wrench will get thrown in the schedule and our staff will contact you to arrange an alternative time!

Can I suggest additional products

You can suggest additional products!  If the item is a bit unusual you may be asked to purchase it by the case.  Give us a week or two to source the new products!

Do you offer wholesale services

Yes!  We sell cases of everything! You'll save an extra 15 to 25% when you purchase by the case.  This option is meant for neighborhood buying groups, small home-based takeout kitchens, and local establishments who need extra stock before their cargo orders arrive from the south.


What are your delivery fees?

We want you to give us a try, so we have waived the delivery fee until at least the beginning of 2025.

When we do charge a fee for picking, packing, and delivering your order, it is $9.99 paid at checkout.  There are no additional fees after checkout.


Is there a minimum order value for home delivery?

Yes, you cart total must exceed $50 (before applicable fees)


Can I tip my delivery driver?

It's a thoughtful gesture, but not necessary!


Can you leave my grocery order at the door if I'm not home?

No, you need to be home to receive your order since the food is sensitive to cold and hot temperatures. 


I wasn't home when the driver attempted to deliver my grocery. What now?

The driver will return your order back to our warehouse and we will attempt to deliver at a later date. 


What's your return policy?

Only items which are not of a satisfactory quality may be exchanged or refunded.

How long will it take to get a refund?

It can take up to 5 business days for the money to be returned to your credit card.
