We promise freshness with every order. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of an item, please contact us at baysidenunavut@gmail.com for a replacement or refund. Please, include your order number in the email. Please do not throw away the item you are not satisfied with; we require it for the exchange or refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your issue is resolved with a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (based on the speed of your bank, since we process the refund quickly).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time (2 to 10 business days) before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
